How do I log a workout?
Open the Lift tab and tap Start Workout. Add exercises, then log your sets, reps, and weight as you go. Finish the workout to save it to your history.
How do I track my macros?
Go to the Meals tab and add foods to any meal. Ascent totals your calories, protein, carbs, and fat against your daily targets, which you can adjust in Settings.
What is the rest timer?
After you log a set, a rest timer starts automatically so you know exactly when to start your next set. You can set a default rest time per exercise or skip it anytime.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all synced data from our servers. This can't be undone.
Will my data sync across devices?
Yes — if you're signed in with cloud sync enabled, your workouts, nutrition, and progress sync automatically across all devices using the same account.
How do I restore my Pro subscription?
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. Your Pro access will be restored within a few seconds.
